Appeal Form

Any appeal requested of the CHCA Board of Directors must follow the process as outlined in the ByLaws, Article III Section 20. Appeals are voted on by your elected Board of Directors, with a majority vote. It is the responsibility of the Board of Directors to ensure all Covenants, Rules, Regulations, Policies, Rules, and Procedures and enforced as part of their fiduciary duties for the benefit of all owners peaceful enjoyment, aesthetics of the community, maintain curb appeal, and property values. The management company will provide all documentation along with the below form to the Board of Directors and has no vote in the decision of the appeal.
